Your mind is a powerful machine that can be harnessed to heal yourself in many beautiful and creative ways. I have spent the last 25 years of my life learning how to help people use the capacity of their own minds to change the way they think, feel and behave – allowing them to find peace, fulfilment and happiness. I consider this my life’s purpose.

I am a Psychologist, having graduated with first-class honours in 2000. I also have diplomas in Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Processing, Counselling, Stress Management, Modern Applied Psychology, Integral Psychology and Mindfulness. As part of my work, I write about mental health issues. I have also created a range of short training courses and bite-size videos explaining various psychology concepts; videos and audios which use various hypnotherapy techniques; gentle meditation and mindfulness audios; moving meditations; and beautiful journeys just for fun and relaxation, and to help you sleep. I have recently decided to provide all of my work for free on my You Tube channel*, as my way of helping people who are suffering with mental health difficulties but are unable to afford treatment – or those who do not have access to a mental health professional.

I have also written a book together with Lee Harrold – internationally acclaimed Cognitive Hypnotherpist, called: ‘How My Mind Healed Itself: 15 Lessons Learned in Therapy and 23 Ways to Help You‘. This book documents my own journey through therapy after a series of traumas in 2018/19, and also gives Lee’s perspective as my therapist. We share all of the steps I took back to mental health and all of the lessons I learned along the way. There are 23 free audios which come with the book and can be found on my You Tube channel*.
